In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Refunds will not be provided for any purchase. If the customer notices a mistake on his/her order. They can contact us and as soon as they receive the package, they can send it back unopened and we will process an exchange for her satisfaction.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. For hygiene reasons this item cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
If somehow, you receive damaged product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and notify us via email within 3 days.
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
- New items must be factory sealed and unopened
- Returns have to be sent via registered mail
- Delivered item is in wrong size, defective, wrong items and faulty.
- All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
- A print-out of the invoice must be included
- Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Due to increase order value and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (Canada and United States)
All orders are processed within 2-3 days in business days. Customers will receive the product at their doorstep within 4-7 business days depends upon the location and some other circumstances. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.
Please Note: The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to us. During the return, XT Entertainment takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

DAMAGES
